Psychotherapy in Birmingham

After beginning training as a Psychotherapist in 2019, I graduated in 2023 with a Diploma in Psychotherapy.  As an Accredited Member of UKCP and BACP,  I provide psychotherapy sessions on either a short term or longer term basis for individual adults, young people and couples.

In 2020 I completed a Certificate in Trauma Informed Practice which supports my psychotherapeutic approach and takes into account in the effects that trauma has on the brain, mind, body and subsequent motivation and behaviours.
